Terms of Service

By ordering a commission from me, it will be assumed that you've read through and accepted the terms listed in my T.O.S.Violation of the terms listed in my T.O.S may lead to the cancelation of your commission and potentially adding you to a blacklist- depending on which terms are brokenThe use of my art for anything crypto, NFT, or AI related is strictly forbidden

-Being based in the United States, I accept USD as payment, and as such if you live in a different country be sure to check the conversion rate of your currency to my price guide.-I accept payment through most major payment platforms; CashApp, PayPal, Google Pay, Zelle, Ko-Fi, etc. I'm open to using other payment platforms as needed.-Full payment is expected after the rough sketch for your commission has been delivered and confirmed by you. After receiving payment, I will continue working on your piece until completion.I am open to partial payment plans, if you don't have full payment immediately, however, your commission will only be finished and delivered when I'm paid in full.When prompted for payment, if I don't receive any communication from you for longer than a week, without prior warning, your commission will be considered canceled.-I reserve the right to refuse service to those who fully participate with views I do not and will not accept; such as LGBTQ+phobia, racism, sexism, underage exploitation, and other related subjects.In addition, any mistreatment or guilt-tripping will also be met with cancellation, such as shaming, berating, and begging.-WIPs will be sent throughout the process of your commission being finished, to show progress and to allow for changes to the final product.You will also have the chance to make a few minor changes to the piece upon completion, such as color correction or clean-up. However, any major reworks of the commission MUST be done during the sketching phase or when a WIP is sent.-If at any point I cannot reach you through our main source of communication for any longer than a week, without prior warning, your commission will be put on hold. Any longer than a month without communication, and I'll consider your commission canceled.-If for any reason you need to pause or cancel your commission, please contact me as soon as possible. I can offer a partial refund, depending on which stage in the commission process I'm on. However, any work currently in progress will not be finished and you will receive what has been done up to that point.-Any artwork received from me, no matter what state of completion it's in, cannot be sent to another artist to be "finished" or be heavily edited.-Unless instructed otherwise, I plan on posting your finished commission publicly on my social media accounts. You may also post your finished commission separately, as long as proper credit is given; by a direct link to my profile.However, you may not post my art without proper credit nor claim it as your own. If it is not taken down or properly credited, you will be blacklisted.
